Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your EdgePoint Tennis Community account and its associated data. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the App and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By request
If you cannot access the App, email support@edgepointtennis.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data linked to it, including:
- Your account (email, display name, password hash)
- Your predictions and prediction history
- Your comments, likes and reports
- Your follows and blocks
- Your badges, XP, points and streak history
- Your notifications and Premium unlock records held by the App
Premium subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does
not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop billing, also cancel it in
Google Play → Subscriptions.
Data we may retain
We may keep a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate accounting and fraud-prevention purposes (for example, that a purchase occurred), retained only for as long as legally required and kept separate from your deleted profile.
