EdgePoint Tennis Community is a free community prediction game for ATP tennis fans. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What EdgePoint is

EdgePoint Tennis Community is a free community prediction game for ATP tennis fans. You predict match winners, earn points, build streaks, unlock badges and compare with other fans on a leaderboard. The App is for entertainment only — there is no real money and no cash prizes of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

3. Your account

You can browse as a guest, or create a free account with an email and display name. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

When using community features (predictions, comments, follows, display name) you agree not to:

• post unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing or spam content;
• attempt to cheat, manipulate leaderboards, or abuse points/streaks/badges;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service;
• use the App to promote any illegal activity;
• post bookmaker links, betting tips, odds or promote real-money gambling in any form.

You must also follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Predictions and AI estimates

AI win-probability percentages and any statistics shown in the App are reference estimates only, generated from public tennis data and our own model. They are not financial advice, or guarantees of any outcome. You rely on them at your own discretion, for entertainment only.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. comments). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the App to operate community features. You are responsible for the content you post.

7. Premium subscriptions

Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Purchases are billed through your Google Play account; the price, billing period and applicable taxes are shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it separately. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

8. Availability & changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and match data may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgePoint is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App involves no money, so it creates no financial stake or payout.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — in the App (Settings → Delete account) or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
