These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EdgePoint Tennis Community mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
EdgePoint Tennis Community is a free community prediction game for ATP tennis fans. You predict match winners, earn points, build streaks, unlock badges and compare with other fans on a leaderboard. The App is for entertainment only. It is not a gambling product: there is no real money, no wagering, no betting odds, and no cash prizes of any kind.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. The App is not directed to children under 13.
You can browse as a guest, or create a free account with an email and display name. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
When using community features (predictions, comments, follows, display name) you agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
AI win-probability percentages and any statistics shown in the App are reference estimates only, generated from public tennis data and our own model. They are not betting odds, financial advice, or guarantees of any outcome. You rely on them at your own discretion, for entertainment only.
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. comments). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the App to operate community features. You are responsible for the content you post.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and match data may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgePoint is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App involves no money, so it creates no financial stake or payout.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@edgepointtennis.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
